At MovieMars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that opened media products such as DVDs, Blu-rays, and CDs may only be returned if they are defective.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and locate your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all inserts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
