Six years after the release of their film/album The Pick of Destiny, Kyle Gass and Jack Black return as Tenacious D to unleash upon the world their third album, Rize of the Fenix. Gass' Trainwreck collaborators John Konesky and John Spiker are also stepping in to bolster the D's ranks, filling out the rhythm section to help the duo bring an explosive, electric edge to their acoustic sound.
